"•Great gym - peloton bikes! •Nice pool. •Great breakfast, only complaint was yogurt was in a dispenser not individual cups so I couldn’t eat it not knowing the brand/ingredients. But that’s being super picky!! •Rooms are great - great kitchen and comfy beds. "

"Paid way too much for a suite with bed bugs, bed bug feces, wall warping, paint peeling, jetted tub leaking. Filthy! “Hair” on and in the tub. Furniture warped and falling apart. Staff wanted to put more 12 and 13 year old daughters in their own room 3-4 doors down from us (is that even legal?). I emailed photos of the bed bugs and bed bug feces along with the filthy tub and leaking tub and advised I had to find somewhere else to stay. Staff said I would be refunded. To date haven’t heard from them and am out money for 2 separate hotels for the same visit on the same days. I’m 200% disappointed and now broke! "

"Easy parking, well stocked bathroom with plenty of extra towels & washcloths, a good variety of breakfast choices. "

"Had several problems. Really poor breakfast! Not much there and they were out of several things they were supposed to have. Another customer ran out of toilet paper, and when they went to the front desk they didn’t have any more…gave them a box of Kleenex! Side door wouldn’t latch securely, but when it finally did, it wouldn’t open, creating a serious safety hazard, which they know about but obviously hadn’t bothered to fix. Then there was the jackhammering at the construction site next door that began at 6:52 am. Pre-check in worked well. Pool was nice and warm. Rooms and facilities were clean. Towels were rather spartan. Just a great experience. "
