"Awesome spot and room, nice walking distance from multiple places"

"This hotel was under construction and we understand that, but it and seemed messy. The room had bugs on the wall, we even have pictures, but the nice lady at the desk said she couldn't help us bc we booked through a 3rd party so she couldn't do anything about it."

"The curtains were falling off the rod. The floor was pealing up. An outlet in the bathroom had fire damage. A lot of suspicious people were hanging around the area."

"I don’t know where to start the broken windows, the broken shades, the deplorable parking lot, the vagrants hanging , out the sketchy reception area, I told the receptionist cancel my reservation and I found suitable lodging."
