Beautiful modern hotel in a quiet location. Very clean comfortable room. Huge shower. Decor was lovely just made the room (20) too dark for my taste. Lamps not bright enough. Otherwise no issues, would stay there again.

Great location with a pleasant walk into
Lier with amazing dining options. Great running route next to the canal.
There is also a gym next door that can be used on a day rate.

Beautifully decorated, excellent helpful staff, well located near tram and metro but a short walk away from Grande Place and the centre.
Only downside - the radiators in the room cannot be controlled so it was unbearably hot the whole time. The AC can be controlled but it barely makes a dent in the power of the radiator. The hotel is obsessed with eco friendliness, but I hate to think how much energy I wasted having the window open, the AC on the strongest coldest setting, and the radiator...

Entrance to the hotel is very impressive, reception staff were very friendly & professional.
Breakfast was a real highlight with the biggest selection we’ve ever seen.
Great location, only around 10 minutes walk to Grand Place & the neighbourhood felt very safe at night.

Having stayed in the town on two other occasions at other "hotels" I was disappointed by the quality of rooms available. The Tower hotel is only one month old and that means everything is new. The building is modern, the rooms are stylishly furnished, wifi is excellent and the breakfast room at the top of the building affords a fantastic view of the entire town. All the staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I do business in the area.

Nice big room, very comfortable bed and great bathroom, easy parking, shame about the building works but did not impact stay. Air-conditioning in room did not work and it was a very hot weekend with no breeze so room was very hot. Otherwise perfect
