8/10 Good
Good stay and very helpful staff in reception
Nice location a few places to eat and drink locally
Nice to have a kitchenette in room , even though we never used
Free coffee in reception all day
Negative point , wasn’t communicated on check in that rooms cleaned only every 48 hours , even when told this , we re had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned and for clean towels and loo roll
Breakfast was fairly basic , but enough other options locally

Good location, clean etc etc. only issue was the ridiculous bar charges. Stay here, but avoid the bar!

We had a 10 night stay here in August and the hotel was perfect for exploring the highlights of eating the best southern food, and the history of the Civil Rights movement. Staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was cleaned regularly with all commodities refreshed. The room had a wet bar which was super helpful for having snacks in the room

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel public areas and room where extremely clean, although my room had some minor damages (broken curtain and toilet roll holder). My room also overlooked a rooftop area that has a lot of air conditioning units which generated a bit of low frequency noise 24/7. Despite these small issues; I would stay here again.
