"The apartment location is two blocks away from Elizabeth Mall, where all the shops, sites, restaurants and transport links are. The apartment came with a living room, stocked kitchen ( microwave , fridge, oven, dishwasher and all utensils required. Pool is shaded at most times of the day due the surrounding buildings but if you time it right it is a plunge pool, bbq area, plenty of space around the area. Indoor lap pool is nice and warm, didn’t use the gym but the sauna is suitable. The room was very clean and pleased with all options of shower , laundry rooms. Free Wi-fi, tv in both bedroom and living room."

"It’s OK but depends on who you meet at the reception. Flynn was great and helpful but would say so overall. Wifi available and laundry facility. The room was to the back of the building without any view but on another room’s terrace. Hotel comes with a fancy lobby."

"In a not nice block but things improve 1 street over. Bare bones but clean. Had to reconnect to wifi everytime we left. Front desk gave us a key and no further information. Not helpful with question. Shower floor very slippery with no handrails and no rubber mats available. Could not help us using Australian phone to make a local call. The sheet felt damp and we were unable to adjust air con to get rid of that. New ownership so info in our booking had changed. "
