"Pool not available but property was pretty clean"

"Rooms and inside were clean. The pool was gross! View from room and didn't even want to consider sitting out there with the beautiful weather. No hang tags for DND or refresh of towels. 30 minutes before shut down was too late for eggs and sausage (although sausage didn't taste the best) at breakfast. Maybe some oranges. Can tell the waffle griddles weren't cleaned from day before. Thin walls, but that's corporate/builder fault that can't be corrected. ANY conversation in hallway could be heard....loud voice or not. Beds and pillows comfy. Fridge froze most things but better than not cold enough. Did adjust the temp some but fruit froze on door still."

"The only rude person we encountered during our 4 day stay in North Carolina was the front desk person. As we were coming into the hotel on our last night, we noticed something that looked like dog feces tracked all the way in to the elevator. We approached the front desk and let the employee, (female) know , that it looked like a dog had an accident. She replied in a very obnoxious manor that they don't allow dogs in the hotel. She did not look into it, and upon check out the next morning we were surprised to find it still on the floor in several places."

"Had great options for breakfast. Cinnamon rolls for the win! Parking was tight but the Motel was full. Great lighting in all areas. Felt very safe. "

"It was good. The breakfast is good, but can use a refresh. Staff were very helpful and GREAT. Most front desk staff were amazingly great. Housekeeping was good. Staff overall were great in spite of one or two staff that were not hospitable. Maybe they could use more training, incentives, or new employment. I would most definitely stay at this property again!"
