"This hotel is ok but pretty basic overall. Although clean, the room felt very tired. Staff aren’t really on hand late at night or in the morning. It was good value. "
"We had a lovely weekend away at this Inn. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Nice thick curtains that kept out most of the light. Powerful shower. We had a couple of meals and the food was excellent. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our car and they let us stay longer in the room whilst we waited for the RAC. Would stay there again if I was in the area."
"From the moment we arrived we were welcomed into the B&B and offered refreshment after a long journey. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast choices were superb. Best cooked breakfast I have had in a long time. The host was very knowledgeable about the area and after we had attended a wedding ensured there was fresh milk for us to make a drink when we got back late in the evening. Thoroughly recommend. Beautiful walks just a short stroll from the door. "

A lovely town with a beautiful cathedral, 2 rivers, a canal and a background of the Beacons. I liked the open spaces where people of all ages liked to eat and drink. Everywhere seemed dog-friendly too.

It's a walkers area. Although if you want to see the impressive dams they are best by car, unless you have no concern about time or are a very quick walker. Locals are very friendly.

"This is the second time we have used this hotel and we will return. The hotel is on the outskirts of Swansea but it is easy to access the city. The room and ensuite are in good condition and clean and comfy. Breakfast is included in the price and there is a reasonabe choice of food available. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Shane in particular was extremely helpful i giving us information restaurants in the city"
"The suite was fab staff fab breakfast fab and the spa evening meal was fab everything was great the only thing I was a bit disappointed with was we were there 2 yrs ago and they had a singer on a sat night but they have stopped that I think that made the sat evening apart from that everything was great "
"This property surprised me. Because of the economical price I was a little worried that it could be 'not good' and possibly noisy. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was quiet and clean and I slept really well."
"Another lovely stay at the hotel, always welcoming and enjoyable to stay here. Only negative was our room was not ready as promised at 3pm, or at 4pm when next promised. Other than the waiting around, no issues."
