"This is a beautiful property with clean, comfortable rooms. It is on a very quiet street, and the pillows and bedding are perfect, for a great night's sleep. The location is very good, and close to many quality restaurants and shops etc. Stephen is a great host, very helpful, and a pleasure to chat with. Highly recommended."

Just perfect in every way, probably one of the best b&b’s we have ever stayed in. The property and rooms are absolutely beautiful, the area is quiet and pretty with everything within easy walking distance, Bobby and Stephen the owners are so welcoming and friendly and give excellent tips for getting the most out of your visit to Boston.

We loved our time at the Iris Hotel. The staff were fantastic, especially Daniel. The hotel and our room were spotless and there was lots of space to move around and store luggage etc.
We navigated the trams with ease and didn’t worry about a 5 day pass - we just tapped in and out with our phones. And it’s a 3 min walk to the nearest tram stop.

Fabulous hotel in quiet area next to a shopping mall. 15 minute walk into the city. Great room, comfy bed and enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby.

The suites we very clean and had lots of space to move around. A small kitchen area with a full size fridge and sink. Small table and two chairs. On the other side of the room was a sitting area with sofa bed and arm chairs.
The beds were in a separate room and were very comfortable, clean and we had a good nights sleep.
Staff were friendly and polite on both check in and out.
Free wi- fi, parking and breakfast but the choice of food let it down.

After reading some poor reviews of this hotel I was a bit worried but I have absolutely no complaints at all. Beds were comfy and clean. Room was maybe a little aged but clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed our stay. Used it as a base for Boston for the World Cup. Ubers or lyfts into the city were costing about $40-50 but prices possibly were inflated for the World Cup. And there are cheaper transport options if ur looking to get around on the train.
