Great location / price. Clean and tidy. Close to town, pubs, canal. Parked outside on road no problem. Internet connection very poor. Shower pressure not brilliant.

Friendly staff

Second visit to Thurnham Hall and it was not a let down. The greeting when you arrive is second to none. The hall itself is beautiful and the studio room was perfect for the two of us. If you are looking for a busy adventurous holiday this is probably not the hotel for you but it is well located for exploring Lancaster and Cumbria. Felt welcome from the moment we stepped in, everything explained well to us and even an apology letter for the fire alarm was provided which we really appreciated. definitely would stay again

We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss! The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

Hidden Gem slightly dated but extremely clean we really enjoyed our stay made to feel really welcome. Evening meal was outstanding along with breakfast this place is not the ritz but you get a 5 star service to rival the ritz We will definitely recommend & return
