Room is amazing, topped off only by the views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. Room service laksa was ridiculously good, and I have a Malaysian background. "The stay was fabulous, the room was clean and staff was excellent. The only issue was with the TV set up. It took me a long time to finally figure out on how to get me phone to project You Tube images onto the TV screen. Surely you should be able to find a simpler way to select the You tube and Netflix using the TV remote and not the Phone"

"The staff are great, location is great, room and view were great. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast, no live egg making station, no poached eggs or smoked salmon. would love to go there again and see the breakfast buffet spiced up."

"To be very honest. Stay there’re a bit, purely because it easy when your travelling and will continue too. However! The place is really in need of a good tidy up and an update. Self Check-in is more of a hassle for the staff than the normal check in. It was ( and for the 4 couples behind us) a cluster F. The rooms are tired and the bar is so busy the poor 3 staff were swamped, which created angst amongst travellers, especially newbys whose excitement got the better of them. St Mary’s pub was less confrontational. Needs some work Rydges, or change the name. It a brand damaging situation. The staff deserve a medal. The management? A new career move. "
