"Hidden gem in great neighbourhood. Staff is friendly and we mostly interacted with them in the morning during breakfasts. I personally felt like home, late night snacks, decent breakfast, fruits, espresso machine, microwave, even robe and slippers were available! It was super quiet and cozy. Will definitely be back! "
"Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third floor and we had the first and second floors to ourselves. Note, this is not a hotel, it is a private home. No room service, but a terrific kitchen with pots and pans and dishes. If you want a spa like retreat with full service, this is not for you. You have use of a parking space and front door entrance with your own keys to the front door and four separate keys for each bedroom. "
