"Great location for walking to Pike Place Market. Only a 5-minute walk for us. There are a lot of homeless people near and around the hotel. Rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. They offer shuttles to Pier 91 if you are taking a cruise."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful with knowledge of the area and sites to see. Our room was ready hours prior to actual check in time. Property is clean and very well maintained. The bed was not very comfortable. After getting off a cruise with a boy so comfortable bed, I was hoping for a little bit more of a comfortable bed."

"This property was wonderfully beautiful, only wished there was a microwave in the suite and that the mini fridge which was stocked with items to buy had room for our own items as well. Loved everything else, the high tea experience was delicious and fun!"
