Hotel has changed ownership since reservation, which was not communicated to Expedia as they still think we are at a Windham property. Key says Marriott. Made 3 calls to hotel with no answer to request promised shuttle. Found speed dial service at Sea-Tac. Number shown there matches number I had. The speed dial kiosk phone did lead to a pick up. Gave info re: our location at airport in specified pick up zone. Driver did not receive info though. We shouted out as he zipped by, headed to a different location. Luckily he has good hearing and quick reactions. Room is fine. Keys worked. Just getting here was a challenge.
