Despite being in the heart of Blackpool, the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. What really sets this hotel apart is its outstanding service. "We booked a family room to stay for one night it was clean but needs a fresh coat of paint and also needs extra plug sockets so you've got somewhere to charge a device and plug a hair dryer in the beds for comfortable had a good night sleep"

"We had a lovely 2 night stay in a very comfortable, clean and cosy room. We asked reception for a fan and they brought us one, the fourth floor was extremely quiet although wifi reception up there not so good. Everything was clean, we had a lovely sea view and the windows opened which is a massive bonus. Night entertainment was really good, drinks priced reasonably and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and very tasty indeed. Lots of options available and a lovely dining area. This is our favorite hotel in Blackpool, very old, victorian and beautiful architecture. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff are pleasant too. "
