"When we entered the hotel room, the locks of the room were not working. Then we thought, let’s put a phone charge. Not a single charging plug was working. We somehow used our power bank. Then we told them that our stuff and things are not working, so they gave us a new room. When we changed the room, there were the same problems again. The locks were not working. And then when we thought of freshening up a bit, the flush in the washroom was not working. The flush was not working. After getting tired from roaming around, when we started sleeping, the heating was also not working there. And in the name of blankets, there was just one thin blanket, a cloth. I was very disappointed after going to this hotel. He said that he will raise a refund, but nothing has come yet. I am very disappointed and I never want to come here again."

"Breakfast was fab, room was simple but clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Parts of the hotel look more fresh and modern while other parts could do with a freshen up, The steam room had tiles broken on floor. However we would stay here again."

"Was a lovely hotel. Was under staffed. Breakfast was late.every morning. And didnt get to use the swimming pool. As was under maintenance. Overall was a lovely place to stay. "

"Tired, dirty and cramped. Online check in pointless, you still have to join the massive queue. Half the 'attractions' of the hotel shut. No ironing board or iron in room, you have to pay DESPITE THIS BEING ADVERTISED AS COMING WITH THE ROOM. Bed was acceptable... A bit lumpy and some questionable hairs. Room was tired, drawers broken, window handle broken, bathroom was dirty and stunk of drains whenever you used the sink. Blood stains on the wall, suspicious stains on the chair at the end of the bed........ When getting back approx 10:30pm we were greeted by 4 police vans outside the hotel, screaming and shouting late into the night - oh and I could hear everything the couple next door were up to. Real classy, doubt it was that good. Never again... "

"Breakfast was mostly fresh, much preferred the service pre Covid ie teapots brought to tables not a big fan of coffee and tea machines however realise why this has been done . On this occasion parking didn’t apply to us. "
