Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. It’s was brilliant.

The Hotel Was Excellent, but unfortunately there was a lot of People arriving going to a Conference Meeting Between 6am -8am. Obviously they didn't consider People in Bed and on a Mini Break. The Noise was really bad they Woke Myself and my Wife up. Which We were both annoyed about.

didn't like paying 18 pound a day parking should be free if u stay there

This must be the sixth time we have stayed at the Cliffs hotel,we went there for my husbands birthday weekend as he works down south and I live up north and don't get to see him very often.We both love the Cliffs and have recommended it to many people it's a super break but a weekend is never long enough.From the courteous staff on front desk to the lovely restaurant manager I can't fault anyone we are always greeted with a pleasant warm smile and a friendly hello.There are such a different mix...

It was clean & tidy. Good location between south and central.pier. had a chinese & shop at the end of the street. Will definitely stay again

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss! The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

Felt welcome from the moment we stepped in, everything explained well to us and even an apology letter for the fire alarm was provided which we really appreciated. definitely would stay again

Second visit to Thurnham Hall and it was not a let down. The greeting when you arrive is second to none. The hall itself is beautiful and the studio room was perfect for the two of us. If you are looking for a busy adventurous holiday this is probably not the hotel for you but it is well located for exploring Lancaster and Cumbria. The Vincent was perfect for our short out of season break in Southport. Good location in the centre of town & a beautifully appointed hotel with smart modern fixtures & fittings in our room & throughout. We found all the staff to be very friendly & helpful with a good sense of humour. We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! We always stay here when in Southport which is quite often. Its friendly and a good service and nice rooms. We thought the kettle was broke (our silly faults) so while waiting for the maintenance guy a lovely lady brought ys large pots of tea and coffee to our room plus biscuits. The maintenance man appeared 10 mins later who was very friendly and smiley and explained we need the door fob in first. Brilliat place to stay x
