"The location is amazing and the hotel room large, clean and welcoming. We were ok but the stairs to the room may be s problem to some. That said our stay was great and the food in the restaurant fabulous. Michael was excellent and service superb. Loved our stay and the lovely walks into the Black Forest."

"The hotel is cozy and very pet friendly. The decor feels like a old German home. Bed was comfy and room was clean. My favorite part of the hotel was the restaurant downstairs. I have a pork and noodles which was AMAZING! My dog was even able to hang in the restaurant. Morning breakfast was very good. "

"It was a good-sized room. I liked the layout of the room with the master room and separate sleeping area for the kids. The bathroom is good, it’s a stand in shower for those who prefer tubs. The breakfast spread was wonderful. It’s a a great location, we didn’t try the pool but I know it’s not something many hotels have in the area so that’s great. "Stayed here for a business trip. Hotel was fine, but I think for the price it can certainly be improved given the maze I had to walk through to get to breakfast, hair in the bathroom, and a funny smell coming from the back of the property from an inner courtyard (which was where my room was). Other than that all okay."
