Great outdoor garden, pool and setting. Unfortunately restaurants food is still and has been for a long time very bad, quality and taste is on a level of a 2 star hotel. Cleanliness of rooms was mediocre, minibar no wine or prosecco.

This is a really special place to stay. They had an elegant outdoor BBQ one night we were there that felt as fancy as a wedding. The service was incredible! My kids had an amazing time swimming in the delightful pool. Our family-style room was enormous and we had a lovely balcony. In the United States, a stay like this would have been much more expensive.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit 3 Restaurants und tollem Frühstück. Mein Zimmer war leider klein, das Bett durchgelegen und der TV mini. Selbst bei Business Hotels bin ich angenehmere Betten und größere Fernseher gewöhnt. Dennoch würde ich wieder kommen, wenn ich beruflich nach Freiburg oder Umgebung muss.

Das Hotel wirbt damit ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit gehobenem Komfort zu sein. Parken ist nicht auf dem Unterkunftsgelände möglich, nur öffentlicher Parkplatz gegenüber. Sonst wohl immer auch etwas in der Tiefgarage für 11,-€ möglich. Unser Superior-Doppelzimmer mit Fenster zur Hauptstraße und über der hauseigenen Anlieferzone, Erholung geht anders. Frühstück normal, z.B. keine Live-Cooking Station, kann man in der Kategorie und Größe des Hotels erwarten. Wenn sie nach 8.30 Uhr zum Frühstück erscheinen, dürfen Sie im Durchgang, außerhalb des Frühstücksraumes,Platz nehmen und dem Treiben der Wellnessgäste zum Pool oder der Abreisenden beiwohnen. Möchten Sie als Hotelgast im prämierten Restaurant Cross over speisen, sollten Sie selbst mit einer viermonatigen Reservierung darauf hinweisen an einem normalen Tisch empfangen zu werden, sonst kann es Ihnen daraus passieren einen der zwei „beliebten“ Stehtische (Format 70x70) mit Barhocker zugewiesen zu bekommen. Umplazierung wurde natürlich abgelehnt.
