"We booked this stay on a whim and are so glad we did. Picture perfect and fairy-tale charm. Our receptionist was a dream. She helped me with parking and recommended a great restaurant in town - where she also woks as a waitress. They had amazing maultaschen. Delicious breakfast the next morning."

"Schon beim check in war das Personal völlig überfordert als man versucht hat zu zweit eine 6 köpfige Reisegruppe und meine Freundin und mich abzuarbeiten. Es wurde viel durcheinander gesprochen und uns am Ende der Schlüssel zu einem noch besetzen Raum gegeben. Nachdem ich das reklamieren wollte durften wir feststellen dass 2 Minuten später schon keiner mehr am Empfang war. Das sollte sich auch für die nächsten 30 Minuten nicht ändern. Besonders ärgerlich, da wir noch einen vollen Terminplan...
