10/10 Excellent

"The visit was over all good and the staff was very helpful and friendly, but the most important thing is to keep an eye on ur kids the whole entire time while ur there . I saw there was kids just doing what they wanted and jumping on furniture climbing on tables . Also our neighbors was having a party and we could not sleep . The food was very very great I enjoyed the food ."

"Property is horrible dirty from the entrance to everything including the room, old dirt carpet and smells horrible dirty. Air conditioning with a very loud sound, room entrance light not working, one lamp light not working, only one used not new toilet paper. I checked out one day earlier since this was a disgusting environment. Will like a refund for the second night."

"The bed was very nice. When we arrived the staff were very friendly. The valet was helpful when we arrived. There was an outdoor pool on the 2nd floor, but I didn't have a swimsuit. The hotel is right across from the Bush convention center, which is the main reason we booked this particular hotel. On Saturdays before noon there is a farmers market two blocks north of the hotel. The room was an accessible room so the shower was wheelchair accessible, but a little messy. The toilet appeared to leak, but might have just been due to the inadequate drainage in the bathroom. The room did not have a microfridge or microwave oven, though we did not bother to ask and didn't pick the hotel based with that requirement. Breakfast was $15 for a buffet. The ice machine on our floor was broken, but was available on an adjacent floor. There are vending machines for water, though the tap was okay. One elevator was out of commission, we didn't ask why. The stairs leaving the lobby aren't well marked. There was an underground garage that had enough spaces while we visited, but could fill up. There appeared to be payed parking in a lot behind the hotel."

"I wasn't able to get my room clean,house service got there around 4:30pm and I was getting ready for my event. I asked then to come back in 30 minutes and they never came back. I was staying in a handicap room and the toilet wasn't sturdy it wobble, the bed sunk in the pillows were also sunk in. It was very uncomfortable stay for the price I payed for."
