We had a great stay here. It's in the middle of nowhere on the outskirts of the city, but that led to a quiet stay. The breakfast was really good! The room was a bit tiny, but we slept well and it fit the two of us, so hard to complain. Loved the tree they are decorating in the front lobby!

The room was clean and large enough for the three of us adults comfortably. However, the lack of an in-room microwave and in-room coffee maker, requiring you to go down to the lobby to either use a microwave or to get a hot drink, was an inconvenience. However, overall, we had a good experience both times we stayed at the avid on our recent trip from Texas to Tucson, Arizona.
