Cherry Pine Chalet by Avantstay Deck + Firepit + BBQ Near Lake + Slopes
Cherry Pine Chalet by Avantstay Deck + Firepit + BBQ Near Lake + Slopes"We truly enjoyed our 4 days at this charming cabin built in 1952. Kitchen was well stocked with new appliances plus a new washer/dryer. It appears it has been recently remodeled. There are quite a bit of stairs to get to the cabin-44 total. It wasn't an issue for my family. The neighborhood is quiet. The deck was amazing to sit and relax. We played darts and used the foos ball table too. I didn't realize there was no AC until the day prior, still happy we stayed here and there were plenty of...

The Nut House by Avantstay Wooded Cabin + Game Room + Arcade + Foosball Near Big Bear Lake + Bear Mountain + Village Shops"Highly recommended and Very pleased!! This spacious very clean cabin is in a great location, easy and close to get to the lake, hiking, shopping and restaurants. Plenty room for my family of four. Especially liked that there are two full restrooms, โBig Boyโ towels were available. Pots and pans galore! Beds were comfortable! Gaming room kept us busy. Maybe will need 2 fans for the upstairs room, if renting this place during the summer. One fan barely made it cool with windows opened. It...

Country Club Chalet
Country Club Chalet"The location is fantastic! However, the interior photos on the website didnโt quite capture the cabinโs true character, as the sofa is old and dirty, cabin seemed a bit worn and dusty. Also, the cabin doesnโt have air conditioning, so it can get quite warm in the summer. I should have done a more thorough inspection before booking. Despite that, we had a wonderful time in the cabin. Thanks!"

"I stayed Aug 23 and 24th, Was a last minute little spontraneous get away. Called ahead with a few questions. Spoke to B. He was very nice and very helpful. I arrived on Sunday afternoon, he was very receptive, easy to communicate with and get me all checked in to the property. Little cottage was super nice. Clean, smelled good, Has a nice AC. and also a stand up big fan in the cottage if your one that needs a fan. Kichen was furnished and clean, Bathroom was furnished and clean. Wish the shower was a little bigger but it was just fine for what i needed. Easy to access property with plenty off parking close to the cottage. Very quiet area, a lil on the private sid, relaxing and peaceful. A 5 min drive to The village and so many places to eat very close. Also a nice little convienient store next to property that has about anythhing you might need from food, snacks, alcohol, etc. Will definitely plan on staying here again. I brought my dog and she loved it, plenty of places for her to walk around and stretch out if your a travelling pet owner this was PERFECT for a dog. Was 1st time in Big Bear and for the price over some of the higher rated places or places closer to down town, this was well worth it. I'll be a repeat customer for sure. Thanks again to B for being such a gracious and helpful host."

"The room was super clean and a/c worked very well. The lake was right there with a dock . Fishing was excellent. The only thing that was a minor issue was the fire pits donโt turn on until 8 pm ( should be more like 7 ) Also the grills got very little propane so it took a while to cook . Otherwise it was great . Will stay here again."
