I had to request towels for all of the people in my party, and for the bedding for the pull-out sofa...and the additional pillows. The room service only provided a few new towels, but did not clean at all ---very poor cleanliness standards. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and that is the main thing for a hotel, but the staff was unable to get me an extra key, and the pool was unusable (and we all brought bathing suits), and there were not apologies for the lack of customer service."

"There was no sign for the hotel, no sign on the street or on the building. Needs to be renovated, bathroom floor was not "attached", no grout. The bed and room were fine. Carpets are stained. I didn't see the "continental breakfast". I just left. I think there were also homeless sleeping behind the building. The staff was friendly and nice."

My only complaint is that the pillows were too small and too soft. All in all very pleased with everything. I will definitely use this property again and recommend it to anyone that needs a rest spot in Rome Ga.."
