"My fridge had mold, the shower wouldn’t drain. They offered to change my room and the new room had blood stains on the sheets. I didn’t see those until I was ready to go to bed. At that point it was almost midnight and I had an early morning. I requested a new comforter and let front desk know about the blood but their response was subpar. I hoped at least that when I came back the next day they would have cleaned the room and replace the bed sheets after I explained the situation about the blood. No, they simply took the same sheets and placed them on my bed. I asked the sheets to be changed that night. The front desk offered to call housekeeping. I waited in my room for 15-20 minutes no one came. I went downstairs again and front desk said “oh they didn’t answer so I guess they’re not here. We can’t change your sheets “ The manager refused to refund me for my trip. Then when I speak with Expedia, the hotel manager says “oh well she should’ve checked out if she had an issue” In the middle of the night? With an early morning flight? I was supposed to check out and either find another hotel or sleep in my car? I tried to overlook so much and when a real issue arose, they did nothing to address it. The breakfast was sad, the batter for the waffles machine tastes like it may be expired, the coffee watery, and the printing service they offer doesn’t work. The only pleasant part of my stay was leaving."

"The bathroom was so small you couldn’t sit on the toilet and close the door and the traffic noise was so loud "

"Unless you are on an expense account and don't care if the environment in inviting, than one would not find the value at this hotel. All it has going for it is location."

"The Hotel was a great location, the staff when we first arrived were not the friendliest. When the shift changed it was better for sure. As far as cleanliness, there were a lot of dead ladybugs around room and we were told that’s normal for Georgia. Behind the headboard there were a ton of dead bugs and Trash under the sofa bed. Best part was the lady that does breakfast, she was very kind and helpful ."

"Everything was adequate. The air conditioning fan was noisy and the plumbing was also very noisy. When the shower in the room above us was being used it was as if we were sitting outside the shower.
