The location of the property is quite remote but we knew this when we booked. Perfect tranquility! It is on the edge of a small village which is near to a small town with a direct rail link into. The property is beautifully kept to high standards in the most beautiful wooded location. We had a great stay at the Bristol Berlin. Our King Grand room was spacious, beautiful, bright and very quiet. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The lift was right in front of our room, making it particularly easy to get to the pool. We loved the pool. It was the perfect temperature and a decent size. All the facilities were very clean. The hotel was excellent, staff were lovely, good breakfast, nice bar and all clean and comfortable. The location is good in that it’s an easy walk to some main sights but not so good in that there is pretty much nothing on the streets surrounding the hotel so if you want an evening dinner or drink, you’ll be a good 20min walk away (or a couple of tram or bus changes away). There hotel bar is nice though.

Simply cannot fault the hotel or its staff. We have already recommended the hotel to two friends who are looking to come to Berlin! The location is perfect; there is a tram stop and underground station right outside the hotel (you only need 1 ticket and that allows you to ride all transports), you can walk to pretty much all the main tourist attractions, you are spoilt for choice with cafes and restaurants, there are lots of shops and mini supermarkets nearby...the list is endless. We arrived late at night and were greeted by a lovely gentleman on reception. He explained about the hotel facilities and then gave us our key. The room was very comfortable and clean, large bathroom 2 sinks, bidet etc The spa facility was a blessing after a day of sighseeing. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. There are a number of cafes, bars and restaurants close to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
