Fantastic stay here. We arrived sooner than expected but check in team managed to get us a room straightaway - really helpful and friendly. Big rooms, very clean and great complimentary breakfasts. Also provide free bike hire, free WiFi and plenty of free water bottles available in reception. We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Great location , staff and hotel

What a great location only a few minutes drive from Golden Gate Bridge and on bus route 28 into Fisherman’s Wharf. We had a courtyard room which, although it was cosy, was all we needed for a couple of nights in San Francisco. The bed was really comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Being able to park our car on site and not worry about it being safe was a bonus. We would highly recommend this quirky hotel with a friendly welcome. We’d happily stay again.

Good value, well maintained and comfortable

First time stay at this hotel. Great location. Great public transport almost on doorstep. Great customer service at front desk. Al at the bar was excellent and gave some great tips on getting about. We were in Room 504, and had a view of Alcatraz and the Bay Bridge. We asked for a mini fridge and coffee making facilities, and by the time we got back from our trip for dinner, they were set up in our room for us. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

Room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Hotel is in a great location for all the sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Happy hour is a great addition. Only improvement needed is the shower!

Loved our stay at Hotel Kabuki! Friendly staff made us feel right at home. Stylish boutique atmosphere. Excellent gym. Location is fantastic — great food, shops, and culture just steps away.

We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily.
