Room was nice and the staff were very helpful - there was one issue with my room and I asked the manager if he would be willing to comp a small part of the mini bar fee which he did so I appreciate that very much. Would definitely recommend the Grand Stark to anyone looking for accommodations in the area."

The area outside the hotel was nicely kept and no homeless people were around, like the other hotels in Portland. The staff was super helpful and friendly, I will definitely be staying here again!"
