"The location of the hotel is great because it’s close to airport, grocery stores, restaurants and gas station and in my opinion Flagstaff is kind of middle city as a hub if you want to visit Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Petrofied Forest and Painted Desert. The room was clean and equipped with refrigerator and microwave. The staff was great. The WiFi though could be better, the signal was a little weak but overall I was happy staying in here and will stay here again when I’m coming to Flagstaff."

"We have stayed at Little American many times. We love it. It is an older property, but well maintained and always clean. The desk clerks and staff are great. They always greet you around the property. The rooms are clean with a lot of room. The Silver Pine Restaurant has fantastic food and great cocktails. Is definitely recommend you trying out this property. I don’t think you will be disappointed."

"Dirty. Black mold in our room. Appeared to have water damage all over. Felt very dingy and I am at all not a picky person. Bed was clean- that’s the only reason we stayed as it was a quick one night stay to crash. Smelled very much like mildue. Woke up stuffy with a sore throat. Don’t book here"

"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool great. And they had probably the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had. Very highly recommend. We will be looking for more Drury hotels in our future travels."

"When we arrived Friday night our grandsons put the TV on. There was picture but no sound. When we tried to call from room we couldn't as the phone had no wire connection to the wall. Went to office on both counts, only to be told there was no one available, but they would leave a note for the morning staff. The next morning we were told there was no maintenance on the weekend. Family went to breakfast and then we proceeded to the Lowell Observatory. While out my husband became ill. Found out from my grandsons that the pancake/waffle mix tasted bad and apparently was left out for hours which is why my husband became ill. Saturday night, starting around 9:30 pm there was loud music coming from room close to ours, Apparently, door was left open and people were outside talking loudly with the music blaring. This continued until 5:30 am. When we checked out I complained about this and was asked why I didn't call. When I reminded them we had no phone, they just made a face and said nothing. We will never use this particular hotel or chain of hotels again."
