"Overall, our stay was okay, but we won’t be returning. We spent 10 days in the two-story loft room, which we didn’t feel was worth the extra cost unless you truly need the additional space. The room itself was disappointing—floors were never cleaned, and housekeeping only occasionally refreshed the room.
