"I enjoyed my stay there and it’s an awesome location and also enjoyed the bar. As it’s a 5star hotel I was expecting better house keeping like providing iron, body lotion, slippers etc. "

"The room was lovely; large, clean, and airy. Just over the very busy Park street, it was very peaceful. The bathroom was clean and big. There was a little area to make tea/coffee, with a hot water kettle and a mini fridge. Breakfast every morning of your choice from a menu, brought to you at the time of your choosing. The only down side was that we were on the 4th floor and the elevator stopped working. It wasnt fixed by the time we left, so we had to cart our suitcases down by ourselves since...
