"Check in for this hotel is 16:00 which I didn't realise at that time. The room was okay in terms of cleanliness and the bathroom had hairs in the bathtub. The tv was damaged had a green line going through. Only had interaction with one staff member who seemed nice at reception. I would never book the dragonfly again and avoid rhe Surya Hotels altogether. "

"The hotel was lovely very nice room and spa facilities were good. Pool a bit small but perfect for a dip. Unfortunately the music from the reception area was booming all day and night so I got little to no sleep. Very disappointing when on a business trip and needing to be well rested the next day. By 11.30 pm I went to reception and asked them to turn it down. Originally I had thought it was some kind of disco from the restaurant it was so loud! The guy behind the counter was apologetic and turned it off. However it was on again at 6am!! So my advice to anyone thinking of staying in this hotel is to ask for one of the rooms in the outhouses NOT the main hotel, if you want some sleep anyway!"

"Great rooftop terrace. Staff good when you're dealing with them (checkin, room service, etc), but too many staff hanging around, using the lifts, talking in the corridors, chatting in their staff rooms with the doors open to the public, expecting you to get out of their way, etc. Who is the customer here?"
