Breakfast was the cheapest example of what was presented as a continental breakfast, coffee revolting and unbelievable after paying the price for a double room that we did, that there was an expectation to pay additionally for cooked breakfast and parking. Won't be staying again

When I checked in the room was about 14DegC... Turned heating on the radiators and had to go out due to the cold room. Came back 3 hours later and the room was still freezing. Had to ask for heating to be turned back on and used a hair dryer to heat the room. 2/10.

The first room offered had mould on the wall and window frames and smelt of damp. I was offered a much better alternative but still wasn’t particularly clean - e.g. behind the toilet or taps or the extractor fan (covered in dust). Shower screen old and covered in limescale, tap coming of the wall and bathroom radiator rusty.
