"Absolutely fantastic. Stayed for 4 nights while visiting UAE for a quick business trip. Staff all extremely friendly, room was excellent, stunning view and breakfast was great. The difference between this hotel and others is how above and beyond the staff go. I wouldn’t say the hotel is any more or less luxurious than others in the area, but being greeted with a smile by the team who help make sure you have everything you need is the difference that sets them apart. Will definitely be returning in future. "

The AC was not working on both room and restaurant, and whenever we called for housekeeping, they were very delayed and many other issues. We really wasted our money for no reason.""
