And food and accommodations. We were met by the hotel accommodations manager, AISH WARYA SINGH BHADAURIA, and he immediately resolved Expedia booking SNAFUs that had us booked twice - non refundable, once even before we arrived in the country. While the Expedia refund could not happen to no fault of the hotel, our manager friend delivered so much value and benefits to our stay that we felt fully whole. From the personal greetings and farewells, to all the excellent meals and customer service in between, we were blown away impressed by this hotel and its management. Views to the Taj are the best and the pool was perfection. I will recommend to everyone to stay here "

"Pros- Nice ambiance, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Cons- Breakfast lacked western options and decent coffee which was disappointing. Only Nescafé sachet. We went to London coffee for our remaining 2 breakfasts which was a short walk away. We didn’t eat dinner at the restaurant as it was Indian buffet. They had western options for room service though. Our room was upgraded for our 2nd and 3rd nights as our first room was close to the street and very noisy. "

"Had evening we needed for our one night stay. Dinner was great and it was nice to have dinner on the rooftop. The hotel is extremely close to Taj Mahal and we were able to walk there quickly. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"This is a proper 3-4 star hotel . Clean , good interior , with roof top restaurent cafe and bar . Taj Mahal view . staff behaviour is good . everything is good about this hotel except few small things 1) i Paid at the hotel , booked via expedia 2) Hotel entrance makes is look cheap hotel but its a goood hotel from inside 3) Bathroom had some problems but not issue with cleaninness 4) TV did not work . 5) bit far from Taj mahal . Best Hotel i think within 2K price ."
