"I had such a beautiful stay at Villa Neroli—it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful and refined, like a hidden retreat just outside the busy city center. The grounds are absolutely stunning—lush gardens, a gorgeous pool area, and quiet corners that make it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Florence. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel elevated without being over the top. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was recommendations for dining, transportation, or just making sure we were comfortable, they went above and beyond. The breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day before heading into the city. "Beautiful, picturesque location stationed right by River Arno. Delicious restaurant options for dinner. Front staff was friendly and helpful. Deeply appreciated the room upgrade with a stunning lookout of the grounds. Only wished the bumpin' music in the clubhouse (?) was a bit quieter during sleeping hours. Thank you for a memorable stay overall."
