"Love this hotel. Mr Pranab the manager is so kind and really helpful. Rupsha and the housekeeping manager are also so helpful . It truly feels like home away from home . It’s a big plus to be next to a mall that has everything . The food is delicious also"

"Great hotel choice close to Kolkata airport. The hotel is tucked away on an inner road which is good as no traffic noise but also hard for taxis to locate. At check-in, Ms. Puja kindly upgraded me to the suite room without my prompt. Breakfast and the special Bengali lunch was excellent. Service at the restaurant was fabulous. The hotel is rather dated and the quality of room is average given that it is dated but a comfortable stay overall. I would return back to the hotel."
