"My room was large and clean. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The hotels location was central and it was very easy to get everywhere I needed to go in Seoul. The price was also quite reasonable and made the Ocloud Hotel a great value."

"Lovely staff to assist with traveling needs who speak English fluently. Bus stop and subway stops are very close by (less than a 5 minute walk away). Ideal location for skincare needs as clinics are right in front of you. Elevator access available for floors. Easy accessibility after hours getting into building after lobby hours are closed. Cleanliness is 3 out of 5 as there were some mold stains on the grout on the bathroom walls and perhaps food stains on walls, but floors, towels, and bed were clean. In shower, great hot water though water pressure is on the soft side. Will need your own body soap and hair conditioner, as they provide a very small bar of soap and shampoo only. Laundry machine cleaned clothes well. Very quiet stay and enjoyable. Air conditioning worked great though I didn’t need it much. I would most definitely come back to this location."

"The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very sweet and courteous. The front desk staff can be a little cold but some of them were nice and helpful. It gets very noisy because of the nightlife from about 9pm-6am. "

"In the heart of Gangnam shopping and 5 minute walk to train station down the street. Very convenient location with airport shuttle service in front. Overall a good stay, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Cleaning staff wasn’t always consistent with replenishment of coffee but otherwise good. Would stay here again if i want to be in the heart of Gangnam."

"The hotel is fantastic. Staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. Requests were followed up within 5 minutes (incl. a blocked drainage we experienced initially, which was promptly resolved). Our room had a fantastic view of Seoul (which we're very thankful for). As a note, only some rooms have toilet seat bidets so best to be sure you're booked the right room type (if bidet is a preference)."
