"Excellent location right in Dundee city centre next to V&A,the Discovery and the river Tay"

"We stayed in a deluxe double room, which was well presented and spacious, with a luxurious deep bath, separate shower, washbasin, and toilet. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and overall gave a good first impression. When booking, the room advertised free guest WiFi; however, although the network appeared available, it would not connect or function at all. This would not have been a major issue, but we also received no 5G reception anywhere within the hotel. This may suit guests wanting to switch off and be a little “off grid,” but it is inconvenient if you still need access to emails or other phone functions. The television also had issues, with several channels not working properly and others suffering from poor reception, causing the picture to jump and flicker throughout viewing. The PIN code entry system for the doors was a nice touch and a welcome change from key cards that often need reactivating. However, we could not see an additional internal security lock on the door, which would have provided extra reassurance overnight. There was also a noticeable gap under the door, allowing light from the hallway to enter the room during the night. Guests who prefer a dark sleeping environment may find this disruptive, though it could likely be resolved with a simple draft excluder."

"We have never been treated so well at a hotel. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Everyone we spoke with went out of their way to ensure our stay was incredible. We especially enjoyed chatting with Emma at breakfast and Crystal and Ruby in the evenings. Thank you, Seaton House for making our first trip to Scotland memorable.
