Outer Balcony connected to the Room had leakage and water clogging. Fan in bedroom was not functioning properly at low speeds. Smart TV provided in one room with some free channels. "Exceptional Stay – Faultless Service! I had a truly wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Pune. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing—welcoming, efficient, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The hotel's services are top-notch; the laundry service was prompt and returned everything in pristine condition. Additionally, the dining options on-site are fantastic. Every restaurant delivered great food and excellent service. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pune and look forward to returning!"

"A good, solid hotel that is clean, tidy, provides good breakfast and gets the job done whilst you’re in town. Brace yourself for sub-average Radisson Blu polish and finish — ratty bathrobes that are threadbare and stained, sealant in the bathrooms long since gone, and a room safe that isn’t actually bolted in and can simply be lifted in its entirety do not belong in this brand. However the breakfast was beautiful, the staff helpful, and the sheets impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were very well maintained. If you’re swinging through Pune for work this is a perfect option. If you’re looking for something truly beautiful for a vacation, I’d maybe look elsewhere."

"Promptness at work and also handling of each and very individual enquiry with utmost care requirements were missing and reminders were required to be placed to get anything done. Overall a great experience but this could be improved. Luxury hotel stays aren’t the same as they were back in the nineties or early 2000. Maybe it’s just me but this is what I felt. "
