"The hotel was clean & tidy. Staff were very attentive & sorted out any issues promptly! The cleaners were excellent, restaurant staff, reception & management were very pro active in their roles too! "The hotel is in a great spot in the city, close to the airport and really close to the train station. Excellent service by staff. They even upgraded me to a nice suite. I reached late at night I could get food from room service. I have stayed here multiple times and I would definitely book again. "

"Taj Vivanta is an oasis in Trivandrum. I had amazing service with personal touches from everyone from the manager, front desk, pool attendant, bartender, restaurant service. All top notch! My suite was spacious and well appointed, wifi was reliable, and the pool was an added luxury."
