Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads...

Swimming pool in need of renovation Room not cleaned in 4 days No toilet paper Generally dirty and grubby The fridge we requested on arrival was delivered a day later, but they turned it of every day We were booked in for 15 nights but left after 4. "Had a wonderful 1 night stay in gokulam grand in kovalam. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Service was fantastic. Our room was very clean and well maintained. My only criticism is that the activity room could be maintained better. Only the table tennis, foosball and pool table were somewhat usable. The tv didn't work, no proper board games and AC didnt work either. "

"The whole place was spotless The host was extremely obliging. The shared kitchen had all the necessary bits and pieces. A microwave would have been very handy. It was difficult to get to on foot,I would recommend a small transport, maybe auto rickshaw. The stay is serene and well away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is walking distance through a winding path. If you want peace and quiet ,then I would definitely recommend this place"

"Location is really great. We had friends trip. It was more relaxing as there’s nothing much around to do. We had family suite, which was great. Breakfast was Ok. Could have added more variety. But otherwise resort is great, huge property, right on the beach.Rooms were very clean, had all needed aminities. All the restaurants on the property had delicious food. We loved our stay."

"Breakfast was fresh. Car cannot reach to the property but staff helps allout to bring the luggages. Rooms are not provided with tea kettle and bags. No supply of drinking water in the room. Wifi facility don't provide. Staffs are well behaved and cooperative but hospitality needs to be improved. More facilities to be rendered. "
