The staff and the service provided was excellent. Ideal location and rightly priced. The television and electric outlet options for charging are limited and could be improved. Upgrading of the facilities would add value. Overall our experience was excellent and highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Do not stay here. Do not book ocean view.
Booked an OCEAN VIEW room and what we got was a PARTIAL SEA VIEW from outside on the balcony. The room itself is nothing better than a normal hotel room you find inside the city, had a weird smell and was dingy and dark. Our AC was not working and the service was extremely slow. Breakfast buffet was below average. Literally checkout early as we didn’t want to be there anymore. Please don’t visit this space and especially do not book an ocean view. Totally DISAPPOINTING!

Not worth the price in covid times
The property itself is beautiful and it's an easy walk to the main beaches. Breakfast staff in particular were friendly and helpful. Since it's covid, there are quite a few restrictions such as two of the pools being closed and a rather annoying check-in procedure. Overall the hotel is fine, but 8000+/night is just too much money for what you get.
