"I arrived here on my birthday. Sona the receptionist was very friendly and thoughtful. She allowed us to check in early and prepared a birthday surprise in the room. The bed was decorated with balloons and Happy Birthday bed cover. A birthday chocolate cake was also presented. This is the best surprise I've received from a hotel. Really appreciate it!"

From the guards at the checkpoint and the security team at the gate, to the front desk, dining room staff, kitchen team, hostess, housekeeping, and bell staff everyone contributed to a genuinely pleasant experience.
