A new hotel....stayed there in the first month of its opening and found it to be excellent.Considering it was new, there was no sign of any of the teething troubles that normally are evident immediately after opening.Staff were very friendly and efficient. and the rooms were comfortable and stylish.The entire ambience of the Hotel was one of elegance and class. The spa was also of excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Warm greeting on arrival. Staff was very graceful, polite and professional. Food was amazing and good selection and chef came out to ask about the food he prepared 😋 great touch. Breakfast was lovely but too crowded as what I would call was a team building day, but was offered a lovely alternative outside on the courtyard. Really helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Four Seasons Sheraton in Amritsar. Everything exceeded our expectations. Staff obliging and courteous Clean hotel

I stayed there with family for two nights. It’s was awesome experience. The staff is polite and friendly. The food is super delicious and the buffet had large verity of food choice. I liked Kulcha, Upma, Tea, Paratha, Bakery items etc. The in-room dining food was also delicious. Location of the property is very good, lot of good restaurants are available nearby. Getting a cab, auto is very easy from the location. I would love to stay here whenever I visit the city next time.

The food was amazing and the staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful and insistant on us trying the indian food classics which was exactly what we wanted. The facilities were great, pool area was beautiful and spa looked great, unfortunately we didnt have time to try it. We have been to a lot of good hotels in other countries and this was up there with the best. We stayed as a family for 3 days in April. We were very satisfied with the hospitality of the staff. At check in we advised that we required a cot for our 1 year old child and this was set up ready for us to check in. My son who is 6 years old suffers from severe food allergies and the first time we went to eat in the the hotel restaurant in the evening we notified the staff and the head chef came out and spoke to myself to ensure he understood the allergies and made notes. The breakfast was excellent. Even food was also good. Staff are soft spoken and curtios. Overall experience was good.

This was a great place to stay. Not far from the golden temple And Novelty restaurant is walkable.

They thing was perfect.....the only suggestion i could make is that the room could provide small packets of butter biscuits to compliment the otherwise fantastic service....well done
