A really spacious and well appointed room which was spotlessly clean. Very effective air-conditioning and a large modern bathroom. The staff were all fantastic - friendly, polite and very helpful in all sorts of ways. Bangaluru is a fascinating, noisy, busy city and it was such a joy to get back to the calm, peaceful, luxurious environment of the hotel. I was so glad to be staying here. My room was on the fifth floor of the hotel and, during the day, there was some traffic noise but nothing...

Rennaissance Race Course Road is a centrally located Hotel in Bangalore with excellent view of the Race Course from the rooms. Its a new property & hence is in a much better condition than the other well known Premier Indian Hotel Brands. The staff are excellent, helpful & well trained to cater to the needs of the incoming & outgoing Guests.

All of the staff are wonderful - nothing is too much trouble, or seems to be any trouble at all. Food is great and entire property is maintained to a fantastic standard.

Like the location, presentation, staff support Lovely restaurants and nice food. Ours was a lovely stay. Suggestion: The swimming pool seems to have a lot of non- swimming activities around the pool- restaurants, party space etc. would be nice if swimmers have a corner/ space and privacy.

The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping service was also great and timely. All staff were friendly and supportive. Food was OK for me as a vegetarian and probably the best range of Veg Sandwiches I have had anywhere. The only thing I felt could do with a makeover was the Gym. I used it every day and the treadmills could do with a service and the weights area with an update and cleaned more often. But it is adequate for my stay.
