"This hotel was adequate for my needs. Basic amenities and reasonably clean. Woman at reception seemed confused when we arrived. We had a printout of out 'last minute' booking so not sure why the confusion. We insisted on 2 keys to the room even though they were hesidrnt to give us 2 but my partner needed to go to work so we needed an extra. No toilet paper in bathroom but was provided upon request. "There was no hot water available in the bathroom! There was no one to attend to the issue, so we all had to have cold water bath, especially on a cold and wet winter morning. Also very poor lighting in the rooms."

"The hotel bathroom was never cleaned. It was very dirty. The lobby was very dirty. More over the hotel is undergoing construction. Loud construction noise through out the day. Had to checkout one day early."
