Hotel was great and I’d stay there again. I did have some issues that were seemingly caused by miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. On check in I was told my booking didn’t include housekeeping. On booking you could book the same room with or without housekeeping and I had specifically chosen with. The issue is my booking didn’t say it anywhere. The rooms with ‘No housekeeping’ do say it so I knew my booking included it but the hotel had no record of that. Once we got to the room we found it didn’t have a balcony. Again I’d specifically booked a balcony room on Expedia. The hotel had no record of this. The staff at the hotel were lovely and immediately moved us. They also told us we could get housekeeping. Unfortunately that didn’t happen but when we asked for clean towels and extra soap they were happy to oblige. Again the hotel and staff were great but Expedia need to provide them with the correct booking information.
