"This stay was great! The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious and warm, with large windows. Everything was clean and smelled nice, and the hot water worked well. Roy was super friendly and helpful during check-in. I would stay again!"

"The room was very clean, smelled really nice, and was thoughtfully laid out. The staff were all super helpful and courteous, they've been very professional each time I've stayed. The restaurants and bars are immaculate and serve delicious food and drinks, and all the staff there were attentive and accommodating and very friendly. The only cons I could list were that the spa closed very early, it seems like a 4pm close time on a Saturday is a little strange especially when check-in is at 3, and the doors to each room close so hard it shakes the walls and will wake you up even with noise cancelling headphones in. This seems like it could be fixed with some simple hardware, so hopefully they update that. Otherwise it was perfect and I will definitely stay again. "

"Everything was great except for the temperature in rooms. The floors are extremely cold and the thermostat wouldn’t go higher than 73F but felt much colder . got very called at night. The parking is super easy and convenient. They let us park two cars with no charge. "
