"The overall property's ambience was good. Staffs were polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean and maintained very well. Food served was tasty and good. Can improve breakfast menu still. Kids friendly property."

This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating)."

"This hotel was very convenient as I needed to stay the night in Mettupalaiyam after arriving by the toy train that early evening. It's a walkable 5-10 minute distance from the train station, with eat-in or take-out restaurants nearby, and a supermarket across the street. I would only recommend maybe requesting for an extra blanket (which may be at a cost), or bringing your own, as they only provided two flat sheets. Very dirty, spiders everywhere are hotel bed sheets still had hair from the previous guests take a look at the tub in the photo! Cost more money than this damn break chain with breakfast, there was no way we were going to eat that food with all the gnats flying all over the place Way over price this really isn't even worth an Indian $5 hotel. We paid for 3 nights and left after...
