We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too. I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful. The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable....

Everything was great! The room was very nice, clean and modern and the compliments gifts such as chocolates, cakes and snacks made my stay feel extra special and personalised. If there is ever an issue, they respond immediately and do their best to resolve it. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. For the price, I honestly think this place offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would...

Housekeeping were very prompt in coming to set up the sofa bed. We received a very delicious small dessert which was a nice touch. All amenities were included and fully working air-con made our one-night stay very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was vast and...
